Testimony for Jerry

On Monday a hearing was held in Concord. About 100 people came to stand in support of Jerry DeLemus, who was SWATTED at his home in Rochester NH due to his involvement with the protest in Nevada in 2014. Testimony was given, including from NH State Representative John Burt who spoke these words:

Today as a NH State Representative I had the honor to speak on behalf of Jerry DeLemus in Federal Court for his bail hearing. I wrote this speech from my heart.

I had to swear under oath under God. Below is my speech. When finished I was surprised that the packed gallery with 60 plus people in one courtroom and guessing more in another courtroom with a big screen TV started to applaud and they all stood. I was so touched, I started to shake a little. I was very nervous and was thinking when this was going on that if we are going to jail, the people that were there in support of Jerry, these are the people I would want to share a cell with. God Bless America.

“Thank you your Honor,

I am Representative John Burt of Goffstown, NH. I represent Hillsborough 39, Goffstown, Weare and Deering.

I was elected in 2010 along with the Honorable Susan Delemus of Rochester, NH. I met Jerry Delemus shortly after that. Mr. Delemus is one of the most law abiding Americans I have ever meet. He served his country with honors in the military to protect my grandchildren and all American’s freedoms. I thank him for that.

Sadly, the Honorable Susan Delemus’s mother has Alzheimer’s and she now lives at their home. Mr. Delemus helps in her care and only with his help can the Honorable Susan Delemus continue to serve as a volunteer legislator. She serves that position with honor your Honor.

The many times I have visited with the Honorable Susan Delemus and her husband Mr. Delemus, I saw two true Americans. I have always respected Mr. Delemus for his strong family values and his beliefs in God.

When Mr. Delemus and I talked about any issue in America that we thought were not right, he always talked about the peaceful and law abiding way to correct it. Mr. Delemus loves America, loves NH and loves his wife. I have zero doubt about that and I would put my reputation on it.

Your Honor, I ask you to look at how many good Americans are sitting here today that support Mr. Delemus. I have never been in a Federal Court in my 55 years of life other then last Thursday when I sat before you for the same reasons. To show you that Mr. Delemus is a law abiding true American. Being here with all these law abiding Americans here today your Honor in support of Mr. Delemus makes me proud to know Mr. Delemus.

Your Honor, I just cannot tell you enough what Mr. Delemus has done for this great nation of ours and the respect that he has in our community and the respect that I have for Mr. Delemus. Thank you for allowing me to speak about this great American, Mr. Delemus.”

It is interesting to note that Jerry did not arrive on the scene until AFTER the BLM retreated in the face of the line of ranchers who stood on horseback to protect their cattle. This is what they are apparently referring to as an ‘assault’. Of course refusing to move is not an assault, therefore no such ‘assault’ took place.

It is recommended that readers familiarize themselves with the agenda of these unelected corporations such as the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) — basically a form of ‘rural cleansing’. NH residents fight rural cleansing every day when they go up against other unelected groups known as the NH Regional Planning Commissions (RPCs).
