What the Oregon Standoff Means to NH

Have you been following this story of government overreach?

Similar to the Bundy ranch, we are all wondering what will happen now?

This is NH’s future as U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service through the Silvio Conte Wildlife Refuge (SCWR), incrementally goes after expansion in CT, VT, MA, and NH’s CT river watershed. This has already happening in Northern NH through numerous ways. Anyone who does not sell out will be hemmed in by the Wildlife Service and will eventually be forced out by some “legal” means by the all- powerful government. You just have to look to the west to see what has happened there.

NH needs to implement current law defined by RSA 121 by passing the legislation this session that is submitted in both House and Senate to put a moratorium on federal land take overs and to limit it to the 2% as passed in 1935. The law has not been followed and needs teeth. Stop it before it is too late.

Kelly Ayotte was asked over a month ago questions concerning the Silvio Conte expansion but she has not responded. Stand up and legally support this moratorium legislation now before it is too late.

Please contact Hon. Anne Cartwright if you want more information. You might be overwhelmed with the facts. Your support is needed by those who already are in the crosshairs of the expansion in NH which includes Cartwright’s property.
