Tell the FCC They Have NO Right

How DARE the FCC try to do this? How can they POSSIBLY do this with so many computers on the internet? What will the hosting companies do when told they cannot sell space for websites to ordinary people, or when our right to speak out is shut down? This is the worst most illegal attempt at a power grab in history. We cannot let this happen. Indeed we will NOT allow the FCC to do this.

The federal government has no constitutional authority to regulate the Internet – in fact, the idea that the government would regulate the free-flow of information flies in the face of the First Amendment and the speech it prohibits government from infringing upon.

This said, we are outraged by Federal Communications Commission Chairman Tom Wheeler’s February 4, 2015 proposal to regulate the Internet like a public utility. To remedy Wheeler’s out-of-control plan, we personally urge the Commission to oppose said proposal when it comes to vote on February 26, 2015.

Just remember, THE FCC HAS NO RIGHT to even consider this.

Addendum:

In a lengthy but interesting response from the FCC, they ask that if you have a complaint, you should file one. Perhaps we should file one against THEM for violating the constitution.
