Concord Monitor Reports Opposite Facts

What a shame the Concord Monitor focused on one group they dislike (JBS) and used them to discredit the opponents of an Article V Convention by claiming that they are an ‘outside group’.

The CM conveniently left out the fact the event on the 20th was sponsored by the NH Tea Party Coalition, clearly stated on its press release, and all the LOCAL groups that make up the Coalition, including the JBS. Not one mention of NHTPC was made however.

While misleading the public to think that the JBS was the leader of this effort, the CM failed to note that among those also in opposition were NH Firearms Coalition, Tenth Amendment Center, NH Center for Constitutional Studies, ACLU, The Republican Party — all local groups.

Further, though the Concord paper did mention WolfPAC, it failed to mention that among ALL THESE OUTSIDE groups that are FOR a convention, not one of them is based in NH: Alliance for Democracy, Center for Media and Democracy, Code Pink, Independent Progressive Politics Network, Progressive Democrats of America, Sierra Club, Vermont for Single Payer, “Tea Party” Patriots (a neocon GOP PAC not associated with NH), Larry Lessig Harvard University, George Soros.
