Who is the Criminal Here?

You may remember back when James O’Keefe made several videos demonstrating how easy it is to commit voter fraud in New Hampshire.

Instead of doing something constructive about it, then Governor Lynch and his attorney general’s office attempted to meet James on his arrival in NH, to serve him a subpoena for criminal indictment. They raided the home of NH Tenth Amendment Center’s Mike Rogers, where O’Keefe had planned to stay during his visit to speak at an event in the state. Further, Lynch later tried to veto legislation to require voter ID that passed overwhelmingly in the legislature.

Not only did Lynch and his AG’s office obstruct justice by attempting to have O’Keefe arrested, but official Richard Head was all too willing to receive illegally obtained emails from a shady Democratic operative Nadia Naffe which seems to have been what allowed Head to discover when O’Keefe would be NH and where he would be staying.

In addition, apparently Head is now ignoring O’Keefe’s Freedom of Information Act request to Head’s office May 8, 2012, asking for all communications Head had with U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder.

We called for an investigation of both the Governor and his AGs office for obstruction of justice and stand by that even now. Head has so many days by law, to comply with the request. Lynch condemned O’Keefe as an out of stater, but apparently Head did not mind colluding with someone from out of state, who had illegally obtained O’Keefe’s emails in order to target him.
