Porc Fest Campground Hit by Fire

Roger’s Campground in Lancaster is the location of the upcoming Free State Project’s yearly camping conference, known as Porcupine Festival or “Porc Fest” for short. This year’s gathering is scheduled for June of 2013.

Recently one of the main buildings used for displays and speakers suffered a suspicious fire.

From the photographer “Wert Photography” who took this video:

“Lancaster Fire Department was dispatched to a structure fire at Roger’s Campground in Lancaster, NH. They arrived to find a maintenance building almost fully involved. They called for Mutual Aid from surrounding towns”.

“Fire departments from Lancaster, Jefferson, Whitefield, Groveton, Stark, Stratford, Dalton, Lunenburg, Randolph, Gorham, Bethlehem and Twin Mountain were called to assist.”
