Troopers Indicted for Sexual Assault and Official Oppression

Well, one judge in Texas was thinking straight.

A while back there was made public an outrageous video of the story of two state troopers and two female passengers, who were stopped for tossing a cigarette butt out the window.

The male trooper ordered the female trooper to do a body search on the women… she proceeded to do this using the same glove in both front and back ‘cavities’.

According to this local CBS News story, trooper “Kelley Helleson, who left the courthouse after testifying Friday, is charged with two counts of sexual assault and two counts of official oppression.”

Apparently the one who ordered the search, trooper David Farrell, is only being charged with theft because he stole a prescription bottle from one of the women. In our opinion he too should have been fired and charged as he is the one who ordered the search.

Now, what about two of New Hampshire cops that tasered and nearly killed a 100-lb middle-aged Asian woman who was “shopping too much”?
