GOP Rejects Tea Party, Conservative Youth Vote

Romney and the RNC have completely alienated the conservative wing of their party. If Romney is elected, this wing will be completely eliminated.

Even though the NHTPC does not endorse candidates as a group, we have been following the activities at the various state caucuses. No matter who you picked in the NH primary, you cannot help but be appalled at what has transpired. Are these establishment people out of their minds or do they really want another four years of Obama? What kind of candidate has to cheat his fellow Republicans in order to win? What kind of conservative would turn a blind eye to corruption that is worse than that which is usually seen in the Democratic party?

Here we have a faction of young, smart, enthusiastic liberty conservatives, some among the 600 duly elected delegates, who have been cheated out of their right to vote. The Romney campaign, fraught with payoffs, and aided and abetted by the RNC’s legal wrangling (something that is unheard of in a primary — rule #11 and all) have been perpetrating a train of physical abuses at the caucuses, just to make sure this conservative faction is left out of the picture. Where physical violence and intimidation did not work, the RNC simply allowed the Romney campaign to ‘erase’ those delegates. How can the GOP afford to alienate its conservative wing?

The RNC must really want Obama to win another term. Some would say it’s because there really is no difference between the two candidates, on tea party issues especially, but many would say that it is because Romney is controlled by the same globalist establishment cronies and so it really doesn’t matter to them who wins.

The bottom line is, there is no making excuses for this kind of behavior. If the GOP can no longer represent our conservative values, what party will?

Note: Over 12,000 attendees attended a tea party rally, the biggest event of the RNC convention, in Tampa. Going on live Sunday August 26, the video will be posted here once it is archived on YouTube.
