NHTPC Does Not, Will Not Endorse as a Coalition

In response to the many emails and phone calls we have been getting regarding INDIVIDUAL groups and their presidential picks please be advised once again that these members are speaking for themselves or their groups and not the NHTPC.

This Coalition was formed by 3 original 2007 tea party members and has been inclusive in that it has welcomed any and all groups who wish to support the tea party “movement”.

That said, public figures such as the son of the late NH Governor Meldrim Thomson will often make endorsements for themselves, but the press (UL) will often attribute to them titles they do not actually have. The Governor’s son has not been involved in any major way that we know of although his group is a tea party “supporter”.

Our Coalition is structured so that one person from each group is considered an ‘organizer’ but there are no titles and no “top” leaders or top groups. (Although there are a few who do the bulk of the work…)

Please keep this in mind when reading about “tea party” endorsements in the MSM. Very few tea party, 912, taxpayer or other groups will endorse, so those who do make up a very small part of the movement here in NH.
