Just do a Google search and you will discover hundreds of groups pushing for “world government”, or “world federalism”. You might then get a better understanding of why a lot of power is being shifted from the states, to the federal government, and then, to the international NGOs that have set themselves up to pressure the government from below, while the elites who fuel them, take control from above.
