Left Opines: Shut Down Free Speech
From an article entitled “Shut Down Free Speech: The Left Responds to Losing Its Most Powerful Weapon, the Race Card” it is noted that during her CNN interview with Shirley Sherrod about the racially charged video that was exposed on Andrew Breitbart’s website, Kiran Chetry asked “Would you like to see his [Breitbart’s] site shut down?”
Apparently this is an acceptable solution to left wing facists.
Sherrod’s video revealed that she once held racially prejudiced positions as she was doing her job with the USDA and was hesitant about helping a farmer because he was ‘white’. She seemed to be bragging about it at a recent NAACP meeting where many attendees could be heard affirming those views.
Sherrod is said to be considering a lawsuit, and has blamed FOX News, however, please note that the White House had asked for her resignation BEFORE this incident was ever reported on FOX News, and that on the Beck program, she was defended as having turned her life around from her previously held racist positions.
Needless to say, the damage is done and it was self-inflicted.
No matter what Sherrod’s views are currently, this is proof that those flinging the race card around in organizations that are rife with racism should clean their own houses first. No longer will the left be able to use this issue to deflect the public’s eye from the real issue, the coming destruction of America.
