Supreme Court Cites UN Treaty?!

Just to be clear, the UN is an ad hoc group of countries which was formed to meet to talk about peace around the world. Since then, the UN has grown into a monstrous bureaucracy of breathtaking proportion. Just explore the various UN website and you will see that it has drafted all sorts of resolutions, treaties, declarations, and quasi laws that it hopes to impose upon the people of the world’s sovereign nations.
It is very dangerous therefore when our own Supreme Court cites a UN treaty that we have not adopted as law, in their decisions.
America is still a sovereign nation and the UN has no right to tell us to do anything. All money we supply to the UN (1/4 its budget) should be withdrawn.
The UN is NOT our government.
