If Owning Gold is a Scam, Count Me In!

This story falls into the “it doesn’t get any more hypocritical than this” department…

If you have been watching and listening to Glenn Beck, you know he’s been doing a bang-up job of exposing the vast left-wing crime syndicate that now runs the White House. He has give them every opportunity to correct him, and yet, they have never responded.

Instead, they have tried to promote a boycott of his sponsors, which has been an abject failure. Beck’s show is still the highest rated on cable, and his radio broadcast the 3rd most listened to in the nation.

In an act of desperation which likely stems from the fact that Goldline Company refuses to be bullied by the attempted threats and boycotts, Congressman Tony Weiner (D-NY) is planning a direct attack. Politico reports that Weiner will hold a press conference today at noon. It is expected that Weiner will try to make the case for some sort of “scam”, over which the left loonies are already jumping up and down with glee over at the Soros-funded Media Matters. Soros if you recall, is an admitted Nazi-enabler who should be in jail for war crimes. He is also an internationally convicted criminal, having manipulated whole country’s economies and broken a few banks for his own profit, and quite the scammer himself. This is the man who funds most of the progressive groups in America, and has boasted that he owns the Democrat party.

“Tomorrow May 18th Congressman Weiner (NY-D) will be either having a press conference or sending out a press release that will involve Goldline International and Glenn Beck. Congressman Weiner will also be going after other conservative supporters that endorse Goldline International. We are not sure what exactly Weiner will be saying but we do know that it will not be favorable to either Goldline or any of the conservative personalities that support Goldline.”

Now I don’t know what your definition of a scam is, but to me it means I was sold something for which I got less than I paid. Can anyone say this about gold, a wise investment no matter?

Anyone who was heavily invested in gold during the last crash has to be grateful. They lost very little of their portfolio, unlike those largely invested in the regular stock market. If this is a scam, please, scam me some more!

Is Weiner going to claim that because Beck’s show talks about the failing economy, having a sponsor that sells gold is ‘fear mongering for profit’? What about the fact that Beck uses the product himself? Sounds up and up to me.

If you want to talk about another unholy alliance and major fear mongering for profit, we call your attention to the relationship between the IPCC/UN and Al Gore and his $100M+ in personal profits from the carbon credit industry. Gore’s profits are based on climate change fear mongering, climate change most recently having been exposed as a huge scam.

So now we have Congress going directly after a business with absolutely no proof of wrongdoing other than the desire to stifle the truth and free speech. Beck must pose a huge threat to the most mendacious, treasonous, tyrannical gangster government ever in history.

Update: Rep Weiner had absolutely no proof that Goldline is promoting a scam. Goldline has an A++ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
