Why is anyone surprised at Lewis’s proclamation? But what is it she thinks tea partiers are going to to do if they elect people they like? Something as dangerous as rolling back government? Seems to me, one would really have nothing to fear from people who want to reduce the size and scope of government as it is now. I guess it might mean you don’t get your government redistributive handouts. Maybe she’s been reading the SPLC report that claims if you are for Constitutional government, sound money, and lower taxes, you must be oppressive…
