Rep Cleaver Lied About Spitting

From the video it is clear that the man never spit on Rep Cleaver as in “lobbed” at him, but it was a case of “say it don’t spray it” due to the fact Cleaver walked so close to him as he was yelling. Yet despite this being clearly shown on the video, agitators are still clinging to the idea that someone spit on Rep Cleaver on purpose. And Rep Cleaver is leaving it at that.
