Obama: “Electricity prices will necessarily skyrocket”

Remember when Obama told us during his campaign that under his plan of a Cap and Trade system, “electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket”?
According to the Heritage Foundation, it is estimated that fuel prices will increase by 90% and 2,479,000 jobs would be lost while increasing the debt $28,728 per person.
