He cleared the screen and tried again with the same result, he said. Then he asked for and received help from election staff.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey pushed it twice and the same thing happened,\u201d Laughinghouse said. \u201cThat was four times in a row. The fifth time they pushed it and the Republicans came up and I voted.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This is typical of a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.newbernsj.com\/news\/county-91684-board-elections.html\">voting machine that has been &#8216;fixed&#8217;<\/a> to give a certain percentage to one party or another. You know, 4 for me, 1 for you?<\/p>\n<p>In <strong>Texas<\/strong>, a man noticed something very strange: as he tried to submit his ballot, it changed. Again. And again. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theblaze.com\/stories\/possessed-tx-voting-machine-only-allows-votes-for-green-party\/\">The electronic voting machine he was using kept switching his votes to Green Party candidates.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In <strong>Las Vegas, Nevada<\/strong>  a voter claims that she intended to vote for Sharron Angle, the Republican in that Congressional Senate battle, but when <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fox5vegas.com\/news\/25511115\/detail.html\">she tried to vote for Angle but Sen. Harry Reid&#8217;s name was already checked.<\/a> The voter claimed that she wasn&#8217;t alone in her voting experience, and that her husband and several others voting at the same time all had the same thing happen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>North Carolina, Texas and Nevada, just how widespread is this problem?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>UPDATE! <a href=\"http:\/\/biggovernment.com\/publius\/2010\/10\/26\/the-seiu-harry-reid-and-voting-problems\/\">Turns out, the voting machines in the story above about Nevada are under the control of SEIU.
