[Time stamp 20:20] McCain has been pushing to get Montenegro admitted into NATO \u2014 the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. NATO is basically a military pact that the United States set up after World War II, to keep Soviet communism from spreading to surrounding nations.<\/p>\n

[20:30] The basic deal with NATO is that if the Soviets ever attacked one of the NATO members, then all of the NATO members would band together to fight to repel the Soviets.<\/p>\n

[20:45] But the Soviet Union collapsed almost thirty years ago. So, NATO should have been disbanded \u2014 because it\u2019s no longer used for that purpose. But instead, the United States has dramatically expanded NATO\u2019s membership to include all kinds of little countries around Russia. So that today, if Russia gets into a squabble with any one of its neighbors, the United States will initiate World War III to defend that little NATO member.<\/p>\n

[21:20] In truth, more than 70% of the military troops that belong to NATO, are actually United States military officers and soldiers. Then you\u2019ve got about 15% that belong to the British, and the remaining 15% is made up of soldiers from the other 26 NATO member nations.\u201d<\/p>\n

[21:42] So in reality, NATO is just a cover for the United States military to operate around the world under a different name so that the American people don\u2019t get upset at all the things they are getting involved in.<\/p>\n

[22:00] NATO functions as a massive military force to do the dirty work of the Rothschilds and their agents, including George Soros.<\/p>\n

[22:10] The Rothschilds want Montenegro. They want it included as a NATO member. So that they can prevent Russia from being able to regain controlling influence over Montenegro\u2019s resources. And McCain is the puppet that has led the charge to admit Montenegro into NATO. Montenegro has already been approved for membership in NATO. That\u2019s already done. But, before membership is possible, there has to be the signing of a treaty. And this treaty with Montenegro \u2014 in the United States \u2014 first goes to the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee. If that Committee unanimously approves the treaty with Montenegro, then Montenegro then ascends to become a member of NATO. But that is not what happened.<\/p>\n

[23:00] One man, and only one man on the Foreign Relations Committee, stood up to the Rothschilds\/Soros plot and said \u2018No!\u2019. And that man was Senator Rand Paul. And because Senator Paul successfully blocked the treaty, he effectively stopped the globalists from being able to add Montegro to NATO membership.<\/p>\n

…Senator Paul… is literally risking his life to take a stand against the Rothschild network. And that\u2019s why McCain, who has been working for the Rothschilds for years now, was so angry at Senator Paul.<\/strong><\/p>\n

[23:48] The fight isn\u2019t over though. It\u2019s still, unfortunately, likely that Montenegro is going to be added to NATO. Because what can happen at this point is: if the treaty is taken to the full U.S. Senate \u2014 if 2\/3rds of the senators vote in favor of the treaty then it will pass and Montenegro joins NATO.<\/p>\n

Formerly a bastion of Serbian nationalism, Montenegro has undergone demographic changes since the end of the Yugoslav era, with a large incursion of Albanians \u2013 who have initiated a campaign to create a \u201cGreater Albania\u201d by merging the southern portion of the country with Albania proper. Aside from that, however, there is the question of whether Montenegro will join NATO and the European Union, a project dear to the heart of Djukanovic, and opposed by the former Serbian majority which still remembers how the country was bombed under NATO\u2019s rubric during the Kosovo war.
