In just the last few years:<\/p>\n<p>    Italy made cash transactions over \u20ac1,000 illegal;<br \/>\n    Switzerland proposed banning cash payments in excess of 100,000 francs;<br \/>\n    Russia banned cash transactions over $10,000;<br \/>\n    Spain banned cash transactions over \u20ac2,500;<br \/>\n    Mexico made cash payments of more than 200,000 pesos illegal;<br \/>\n    Uruguay banned cash transactions over $5,000; and<br \/>\n    France made cash transactions over \u20ac1,000 illegal, down from the previous limit of \u20ac3,000.<\/p>\n<p>The War on Cash is a favorite pet project of the economic central planners. They want to eliminate hand-to-hand currency so that governments can document, control, and tax everything.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Just imagine all your transactions are digital&#8230; and the government has full control. They could prevent you from buying or selling if they don&#8217;t like your political views. They can tax your gifts and barters to others.
