Well, the resolutions Professor Lessig and Wolf PAC had introduced in Massachusetts is in direct contradiction to that.  <\/p>\n<p>Also, below is a link to a 1979 U.S. Senate report on the Article V.  This was just made available online today.  It cites numerous legal scholars including a colleague of Professor Lessig&#8217;s, Lawrence Tribe, that believe just the opposite, By the way the Justice Department document being sent to you by Mr. Smith was a report written by a former  legal aid of Utah Senator, Orin Hatch, and a Mr. Steven Markman.  It was not an official report of the department.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.scribd.com\/doc\/211906341\/Article-V-Constitutional-Convention-Procedures-1979-Senate-Committee-on-the-Constitution\">http:\/\/www.scribd.com\/doc\/211906341\/Article-V-Constitutional-Convention-Procedures-1979-Senate-Committee-on-the-Constitution<\/a><\/p>\n<p>It is possible that if an Article V is called, you will have no opportunity to vote on any amendments since Congress under Article V, Congress can change the mode of ratification to ratifying &#8220;conventions&#8221; or committees,  a fact Wolf PAC supporters overlook.<\/p>\n<p>In 2010, New Hampshire House and Senate under a Democrat majority voted to rescind all of its old calls.  The facts haven&#8217;t changed.
