According to Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. David Janda who spoke with Judge Andrew Napolitano on air on November 4, health care rationing boards are already in place thanks to the stimulus bill where this provision was hidden. He says that these positions are already funded and the people have already been appointed to them!<\/p>\n

The Stimulus Bill was written by the Apollo Group, and unread by our congressmen when they passed it.<\/p>\n

According to David H. Janda, MD, orthopaedic Surgeon and author of “The Awakening of a Surgeon” the Stimulus Bill created, Federal Coordinating Council for Competitive Effectiveness Research<\/strong>, a lead rationing board to deny and ration care in direct opposition to the Hippocratic Oath! President Obama has already appointed 15 members and awarded that council an entire center.<\/p>\n

According to this government website<\/a> (the bios of council members are here also):<\/p>\n

“Comparative Effectiveness Research (CER) can improve care for all Americans and is an important element of President Obama\u2019s health reform plan,\u201d said HHS Spokeswoman Jenny Backus. \u201cPresident Obama is committed to openness and transparency and the Coordinating Council will host open meetings and a listening session as it begins its important work.\u201d<\/p>\n

Comparative Effectiveness Research provides information on the relative strengths and weakness of various medical interventions. Such research will give clinicians and patients valid information to make decisions that will improve the performance of the U.S. health care system.<\/p>\n

CER Annual Report-draft<\/strong><\/p>\n

On page 15 in the Vision you find:<\/p>\n

“Comparative Effectiveness Research has the potential to catalyze a patient-centered transformation of the U.S. health care system. By equipping patients and clinicians with the information needed to make joint medical decisions, and by optimizing the system in which the patient\/clinician team makes these decisions, CER can improve the quality, safety, and value of care delivered while increasing patient satisfaction. [16] By passing ARRA, Congress recognized this vision and the need for CER, and also highlighted the need for an unbiased, cross-functional Council to \u201cfoster optimum coordination\u201d of the Federal Government\u2019s CER efforts.”<\/p>\n
