If there is no RSA saying it can be done then any such observer can be expelled. <\/p>\n<p>There are heavy restrictions on what even  a &#8220;plain&#8221; citizen may do in or around a polling place.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Is your state on this list?
