The process of the 2010 census has been placed under direct control of the White House.<\/p>\n<p>According to the <a href=\"http:\/\/washingtontimes.com\/news\/2009\/jun\/17\/exclusive-minn-lawmaker-fears-census-abuse\/\">Washington Times<\/a>:<br \/>\n<em>&#8220;Outspoken Republican Rep. Michele Bachmann says she&#8217;s so worried that information from next year&#8217;s national census will be abused that she will refuse to fill out anything more than the number of people in her household.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The Constitution requires a census be taken every 10 but Bachman claims the Constitution doesn&#8217;t require any information beyond that.<\/p>\n<p>The first part of the process began this summer when workers appeared on residential doorsteps in New Hampshire with GPS units that were used to &#8220;mark&#8221; each address.<\/p>\n<p>Some residents have said the only information they will supply &#8220;Pursuant to Article I, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution&#8221;, will be the number of people in the household, and how many are of voting age.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>Update: Complaints are coming in from people who do not want to answer a supposedly &#8216;random&#8217; survey from the Commerce Department but fear that the threat of calls, visits, and even arrests and fines will result if they don&#8217;t.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meanwhile John Conyers has prevented the full investigation of ACORN.<br \/>\nWrite and tell him you want ACORN investigated!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>John D.
