Our years of research and experience has proven that every school reform program has had a political agenda behind it. IBO puts theirs in black & white, and can be read from their own IB documents – making it a target for removal.

Students should not have to be required to develop attitudes and take action upon on the goals of political action groups (especially not foreign political groups) just to get an education.

IBO’s mission clearly states that it is an arm of UNESCO and will necessarily infuse UNESCO’s goals into its educational program requirements.

This cannot be put in any nicer way: The fact that school officials won’t even discuss this requirement means they are flat out lying about it.

The RNC, Reince Preibus, and Mitt Romney and his campaign are up to their sleazy tactics AGAIN.

They are sore losers who didn’t like who won the caucus in Nevada and other states.

“So Priebus, in concert with the Romney folks here, have decided to turn the so-called Team Nevada office on Tropicana into the de facto Republican Party” according to the Las Vegas Sun.

NH GOP has also violated rule #11 by ‘endorsing’ someone in a primary.

In response to the call by Clark County GOP for RNC Chair Preibus to step down, State GOP Chairman Michael McDonald released this statement.

“The Chairman of the Republican National Committee Reince Priebus has the authority to take the necessary steps to support a candidate to ensure Republicans win the presidency in November. RNC Rule 11 applies to the RNC’s ability to make endorsements and spend resources in state races and may have been misinterpreted by some in Nevada in its application to the presidential election. Ron Paul’s campaign released a statement on May 5 providing Chairman Priebus and the RNC their “full consent” to move forward with setting up Victory organizations. Certainly we do not need to wait for Tampa before assisting our presumptive nominee. I look forward to working with Chairman Priebus and Republicans across the state of Nevada as we build a top-notch ground game to beat Barack Obama and elect Mitt Romney to the White House.”

They even admitted what they were doing.

“The plan would be to transfer money directly to Team Nevada and/or funnel some through the Washoe Republican Party, run by the respected Dave Buell, who is well-liked by the RNC and Romney folks.

To distill, the GOP insider said, “Essentially we’re setting up a shadow state party.”

And this is all because they did not successfully shove Mitt Romney, their chosen establishment candidate, down the throats of potential delegates.

People across America need to fight Agenda 21. As we speak, HUD is bearing down on NH towns and cities to try to lure them with money to form regional planning commissions that will impose “social justice” via corporate fascism under the guise of “sustainable development”.

Agenda 21 In One Easy Lesson

Awareness of Agenda 21 and Sustainable Development is racing across the nation as citizens in community after community are learning what their city planners are actually up to. As awareness grows, I am receiving more and more calls for tools to help activists fight back. Many complain that elected officials just won’t read detailed reports or watch long videos. “Can you give us something that is quick, and easy to read that we can hand out,” I’m asked.

So here it is. A one page, quick description of Agenda 21 that fits on one page. I’ve also included for the back side of your hand out a list of quotes for the perpetrators of Agenda 21 that should back up my brief descriptions.

A word of caution, use this as a starter kit, but do not allow it to be your only knowledge of this very complex subject. To kill it you have to know the facts. Research, know your details; discover the NGO players in your community; identify who is victimized by the policies and recruit them to your fight; and then kill Agenda 21. What is Sustainable Development?

According to its authors, the objective of sustainable development is to integrate economic, social and environmental policies in order to achieve reduced consumption, social equity, and the preservation and restoration of biodiversity. Sustainablists insist that every societal decision be based on environmental impact, focusing on three components; global land use, global education, and global population control and reduction.

Social Equity (Social injustice)

Social justice is described as the right and opportunity of all people “to benefit equally from the resources afforded us by society and the environment.” Redistribution of wealth. Private property is a social injustice since not everyone can build wealth from it. National sovereignty is a social injustice. Universal health care is a social injustice. All part of Agenda 21 policy.

Economic Prosperity

Public Private Partnerships (PPP). Special dealings between government and certain, chosen corporations which get tax breaks, grants and the government’s power of Eminent Domain to implement sustainable policy. Government-sanctioned monopolies.

Who is behind it?

ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability (formally, International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives). Communities pay ICLEI dues to provide “local” community plans, software, training, etc. Addition groups include American Planning Council, The Renaissance Planning Group, International City/ County Management Group, aided by US Mayors Conference, National Governors Association, National League of Cities, National Association of County Administrators and many more private organizations and official government agencies. Foundation and government grants drive the process.

Where did it originate?

The term Sustainable Development was first introduced to the world in the pages a 1987 report (Our Common Future) produced by the United Nations World Commission on Environmental and Development, authored by Gro Harlem Brundtland, VP of the World Socialist Party. The term was first offered as official UN policy in 1992, in a document called UN Sustainable Development Agenda 21, issued at the UN’s Earth Summit, today referred to simply as Agenda 21.

What gives Agenda 21 Ruling Authority?

More than 178 nations adopted Agenda 21 as official policy during a signing ceremony at the Earth Summit. US president George H.W. Bush signed the document for the US. In signing, each nation pledge to adopt the goals of Agenda 21. In 1995, President Bill Clinton, in compliance with Agenda 21, signed Executive Order #12858 to create the President’s Council on Sustainable Development in order to “harmonize” US environmental policy with UN directives as outlined in Agenda 21. The EO directed all agencies of the Federal Government to work with state and local community governments in a joint effort “reinvent” government using the guidelines outlined in Agenda 21. As a result, with the assistance of groups like ICLEI, Sustainable Development is now emerging as government policy in every town, county and state in the nation.

Don’t believe it?

People like to fawn over Obama’s rise to the presidency because they love to fantasize that like Charles Payne, Obama was an example of an underprivileged black who brought himself up out of the ghetto with hard work and accomplishment.

The truth is, Obama is the product of a Bush cousin (his mother), with ties to the Illuminati families, and was picked out by the evil Henry Kissinger as far back as college (just as David Rockefeller picked William Clinton and Zbigniew Brzezinksi picked Jimmy Carter out of total obscurity) and was thus destined to be Kissinger’s Manchurian Candidate.

The reason Obama seems to have “no birth certificate, no college records, no roommates, no student loans, no girlfriends/boyfriends, and no past”, and was able to gain the presidency with virtually no prior major accomplishment or business experience is that he was likely a CIA asset as proven by the 26 or so SS numbers he used over the years.

Charles Payne is a real American success story. Obama on the other hand, was born of privilege, then groomed and appointed by the elitists and is to this day being covered for by our own CIA.

One of the most successful grassroots campaigns during the past year has been the Stop Agenda 21 movement both at the local level and state level. However, we haven’t heard as much about Agenda 21 implementation at the national level.

Of course, there were President Bill Clinton’s establishment of the President’s Council on Sustainable Development by executive order in 1993 and President Obama’s “Federal Leadership in Environmental, Energy, and Economic Performance” executive order in 2009. And, many federal agencies have been incorporating sustainability into various aspects of their organizations. Still, virtually all Stop Agenda 21 grassroots activity has been focused on the local and state levels.

The establishment of Clinton’s President’s Council on Sustainable Development (PCSD) started a pattern of denial by federal government agencies regarding any connection with the UN’s Agenda 21. Even though the PCSD was clearly established in 1993 in support of the UN’s Agenda 21 and its Sustainable Development proposals from the UN’s ‘92 Earth Summit in Rio, the PCSD’s statements and documents never referred to the UN and Agenda 21.

We have evidence that federal officials were taking pains to make the PCSD appear to be completely separate from the UN’s Agenda 21 because J. Gary Lawrence, an advisor to the PCSD, said the following in 1998:

“Participating in a UN-advocated planning process would very likely bring out many of the conspiracy-fixated groups and individuals in our society…. This segment of our society who fear ‘one-world government’ and a UN invasion of the United States through which our individual freedom would be stripped away would actively work to defeat any elected official who joined ‘the conspiracy’ by undertaking LA21 [Local Agenda 21]. So, we call our processes something else, such as comprehensive planning, growth management or smart growth.“

This helps explain why virtually all federal activities in pursuit of sustainability rarely make any reference to the UN or the UN’s Agenda 21, even though these federal activities are very much in sync with the UN’s Agenda 21.

Nonetheless, there have been very significant developments regarding sustainability at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) beginning with its 40th anniversary in late 2010. On November 30, 2010, EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson stated: “Today I am formally requesting President Cicerone and the National Academies convene a committee of experts to provide to the U.S. EPA an operational framework for sustainability that applies across all of the agency’s programs, policies, and actions.”

Jackson added: “Today we have a new opportunity in front of us. We have an opportunity to focus on how environmentally protective and sustainable we can be. You see, it’s the difference between treating disease and pursuing wellness.”

The National Academies of Science (NAS) responded with a detailed study, Sustainability and the U.S. EPA (aka the “Green Book”), which cost the EPA $700,000, and which was published in August 2011. The NAS also produced a 5-minute video (see graphic above) about this project.

Here are some excerpts from the 286-page “Green Book”:

- “The [UN’s World Commission on Environment and Development] called upon the UN General Assembly to transform its [1987] report into a global action plan for sustainable development. The nations of the world did precisely that at the 1992 UN Conference on Environment and Development, or “Earth Summit,” in Rio de Janeiro. These nations, including the United States, endorsed a global sustainable development action plan, known as Agenda 21, and a set of 27 principles for sustainable-development, called the Rio Declaration. Together, these agreements modify the definition of development by adding a third pillar — environmental protection and restoration — to the economic and social pillars of development….”

Thus, the “Green Book” acknowledges that the nations of the world, including the United States, “endorsed a global sustainable development action plan, known as Agenda 21″ at the ‘92 Earth Summit in Rio. Next, the NAS committee recommended that “EPA formally adopt as its sustainability paradigm the ‘Three Pillars’ approach of ‘Social,’ ‘Environment,’ and ‘Economic’ dimensions of sustainability….” Which would make the EPA sustainability paradigm exactly in sync with the three pillars of sustainable development agreed upon at the ‘92 Earth Summit. Finally, the NAS proposed a new tool for EPA, the sustainability impact assessment, that would be “used to analyze the probable effects of a particular project or proposal on the social, environmental, and economic pillars of sustainability.”

Therefore, it is apparent that the NAS “Green Book” is positioning the EPA to become the premier federal agency for implementing Agenda 21 in the United States.

EPA spokesman are wary in this highly-charged, election-year political climate about making any definitive statement regarding whether and how soon the EPA would adopt the “Green Book” sustainability methodology. However, it is clear from listening to the audio of the November 30, 2010, meeting where the EPA commissioned the NAS to produce a new “operational framework for sustainability” for the EPA that the EPA sees the “sustainability paradigm” as the future for the agency.

Moreover, just to keep it real for those of us accustomed to the American way of life, here is what Maurice Strong, Secretary-General of the UN Earth Summit in Rio in 1992, said in his opening speech to the attendees: “Current lifestyles and consumption patterns of the affluent middle class — involving high meat intake, the use of fossil fuels, electrical appliances, home and work-place air-conditioning, and suburban housing — are not sustainable.”

Based on Strong’s remarks, it doesn’t take much of an imagination to predict just how much downward pressure on our standard of living would be exerted by a sustainability oriented EPA.

It also doesn’t take too much talent at connecting the dots to understand that an EPA based on sustainability, an EPA that wants to pursue wellness, not treat disease, an EPA that wants to use “sustainability impact assessments” to analyze the probable effects of a particular project or proposal on the social, environmental, and economic dimensions of sustainability — that would be an EPA that would aspire to regulate in detail virtually every aspect of our lives, thus completely destroying our freedom and prosperity.

The point of all of the above is that even though the EPA is already guilty of vastly over regulating us, an EPA based on an operational framework of sustainability would be much worse.

There’s no legislation in Congress to stop the EPA from implementing the UN Agenda 21 concept of sustainability, but that doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t start alerting Congress to the impending problem. Realistically, given the makeup of Congress, there’s virtually no hope of getting a bill passed this year to stop EPA implementation of Agenda 21 sustainability.

Nonetheless, on the plus side, the Stop Agenda 21 movement has been gaining momentum over the past year, especially at the local and state level, and Congress could very well be more receptive to anti-Agenda 21 legislation in 2013. So let’s start contacting our Representative and Senators now and urge them to acquaint themselves with the EPA’s preparations to implement the UN’s Agenda 21 and why that would be disastrous for our freedom and prosperity. Then, ask them to take the appropriate legislative action to prevent the EPA from implementing the UN’s Agenda 21 Sustainability paradigm.

In short, we need to start the educational process now to provide a better chance of success in the next Congress.

First it was ACORN employees helping a man who seemed to be a pimp, and the underaged girls he employed to hide the prostitute status of the girls, giving them illegal tax advice and supporting the misuse of public funds. He even by accident, documented one woman admitting that she had killed her husband.

In big spender Mary Landrieu’s office (Democrat Senator from Louisiana) no phones were tapped, no “felony” committed. Phones were simply used to see if Landreiu was lying about the phones being too busy to answer questions from constituents as she had claimed. Of course it was proven that it was Landreiu who was lying..

In their latest propaganda missive, NH Labor news quoted Media Matters who wrongly attempt to portray O’Keefe as a convicted criminal:

“The Union Leader, New Hampshire’s most-read newspaper, published an editorial yesterday urging the state House of Representatives and the Governor to approve SB 289, a bill passed by the state senate that would require voters to show photo identification in order to cast a ballot. SB 289, the Union Leader editors argued, is necessary to protect the integrity of New Hampshire’s electoral results from the corrupting danger of rampant voter fraud. Their evidence? The work of discredited liar and undercover videographer James O’Keefe, whose attempted investigation of “voter fraud” in New Hampshire last January drew rebukes from election law experts who believed his scheme may have broken the law.”

Even the liberal-leaning rag is on the side of the voters. They wrote:
“Last year, Gov. John Lynch vetoed a voter ID bill, proclaiming, “There is no voter fraud problem in New Hampshire.” This year he cannot make that claim with a straight face. The Project Veritas sting on Primary Day in January showed how easy it is to obtain a ballot fraudulently in New Hampshire.”

Certainly, to propagandists like NH Labor, stacks of evidence documented by groups like Coalition of NH Taxpayers, gathered over a period of 12 years, could not count toward the demonstration of such a need. Or that years of attempting to get then-Attorney General Kelly Ayotte nor current Attorney General Michael A. Delaney to prosecute blatant fraud, of which this writer himself was a victim.

Further implicated in perpetrating fraud by his mere lack of willingness to investigate and prosecute clear cases of voting irregularities that have been documented over the years, is Governor John Lynch. Ironically, he is now further enabling this criminality will continue by his willingness to serve James O’Keefe III with a subpoena. “I’ve been advised that if I appear physically in New Hampshire, I will be hit with a grand jury subpoena,” said O’Keefe after cancelling an appearance in NH.

“I think it’s unfortunate that we live in a country these days where public officials threaten journalists — threaten to put journalists in jail for exposing facts legally. They’ve threatened to do this to me for some time, but we’re not going to stop.”

Good for James… Bad for Lynch.

“I think it is outrageous that we have out-of-staters coming into New Hampshire, coming into our polling places and misrepresenting themselves to the election officials, and I hope that they should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, if in fact they’re found guilty of some criminal act,” said Lynch.

Of course there is the burning question everyone asks; since no votes were cast using the ballots of the deceased NH citizens that O’Keefe merely proved he could obtain, what crime was committed?

As far as we can see, the only crime being committed repeatedly and exponentially is Governor Lynch’s and Michael Delaney’s continued compliance in allowing conditions to exist where people can vote on someone else’s name, since voter lists are not required to be purged but once every 10 years.

We remember when John Lynch received a report from someone who witnessed first hand a high-level Democrat operative using kiddie porn. What did the Governor do? He waited 4 days to report it to the police, thus giving that operative and the Democrat party time to clean off their office computers, one of which was actually stolen during that time.

By virtue of a Governor’s Executive Order in 2011, Governor Lynch created a “State Water Sustainability Commission” which on this past May 8, 2012 held a very private “public” meeting at which NGOs, foundations, and university lobbying groups were in attendance — but media, not even NHPR, were allowed to record.

The Governor apparently sees fit to get things done by virtue of EOs, with assistance from foundations like the Carsey Institute, lobbying groups such as “NH Listens”, funded by the Carsey Institute (an NGO out of UNH).

This Governor is the same guy mind you, who complained about “out-of-staters” coming in and demonstrating how massive voter fraud could be perpetrated and often is, in NH elections.

In the past, “regionalization” has been used to promote policies without benefit of elections.

One of our more alert members picked up on the newly created commission and was able to attend their event. She observed that they broke the attendees up into small groups and the Delphi Technique (small group consensus) ensued. She reported that one of the prevailing concepts was that WE DON’T OWN OUR OWN WELL WATER. She said the actual conclusions of her group were not presented to the whole group, but that her small group leader substituted her own conclusion, pre-determined, instead.

You may remember that few years ago, a member of the Southern NH “Regional” Planning Commission from Bedford, and a State Rep, attempted to file legislation that would allow that Commission to have jurisdiction over Bedford residents’ private wells. The bill was soundly defeated at the committee level. Students are doing Democracy in Action requirements by working for candidates without understanding what they are supporting.

(DIA is supposed to be a learning experience not a call to activism – for example they might observe what goes on at a GOP meeting but they may not vote)

We cited the improper use of activism as one reason for rejecting IB, as promoted by the UN in the case of the International Baccalaureate program which claims to deliver ‘international’ education while actually brainwashing for UN ideals.

Here is a flyer taken from Bedford High School, where the program is used, that promises the students a day off if they will go to the state house to protest HB 1403 at the Senate today.

This is electioneering by school officials and is forbidden by NH law. Further, the flyer states that they would like to ’save AP’. This is incorrect. AP is NOT affected by HB 1403.

On a lighter note, Jimmy Kimmel REALLY roasted Barry Sotoero at this “despicable White House Propagandists Dinner.” (Lew Rockwell quoted)

Notably, Kimmel underscores in a way, what Slaughter’s book lays out: “Everything that is wrong with America is here tonight”.

It is very important that public school parents, home school parents, and taxpayers alike show up and testify on the importance of passing HB 1403 if they wish to keep our tax dollars from going out of the country to pay for a program, International Baccalaureate, that adds the UN’s political bias to school curricula. This program also affects all other programs in any school where it is implemented.

HB 1403 (see link for bill text) has been passed by an overwhelming margin in the House and now needs to pass the Senate.

The hearing is before the Senate Education Committee on 05/01/2012 at 01:00 PM in LOB room 306-308. The Committee will recommend that it either pass or fail. It would also help to write to all your Senators to tell them how important this is.

If you cannot be at the hearing, please WRITE OR CALL the Senate Education Committee and ask them to support this bill.
